Sense and nonsense on the road to recovery
OF COURSE, THERE ARE other ways of permanently ending one's drinking problem, as we noted in a news clip reporting that ten percent of fatal traffic accidents are caused by drunk drivers. If so, it appears to us that ninety percent of them must be blamed on sober drivers; we are led to the conclusion that the latter ought to stay off the roads and let the drunks do the driving.
