The confidentiality of closed meetings is a fundamental spiritual principle

RECENTLY, at my home group, one member pooh-poohed closed discussion groups, saying that he'd bring his nonalcoholic wife, if she so desired, to such a meeting, passing her off as an alcoholic, "to save a hassle."
