Do something for someone else and you can be free of

DEPRESSION is a complex subject, because so many different disorders have this same end result. Some depressed people are victims of a mental disorder over which they have little control, but they make up only a tiny fraction of all people. Others experience mental depression as a symptom of physical illness. This is also unlikely, although possible.
