I RECALL MY first meeting. I was still a little shaky and more than a little confused. All kinds of thoughts had passed through my befuddled mind. What would AA be like? Would it be a fire-and-brimstone affair or maybe a group therapy session? I had envisioned you as a sad-faced and downtrodden lot.
