Snowbound Sobriety

UPON READING "Service Fanatic?" (August 1981 Grapevine), I was delighted with the words "Never let it be said that the Higher Power has no sense of humor." Well, often snowbound in my chilly little house 9,000 feet up in the mountains, I had presumed He must have a sense of humor, since He allowed me to begin to recover mine. Several times during the past ugly winter, that gift of His assisted my sanity, not to mention my sobriety.
