Try Another Meeting

AFTER EIGHT pretty good months on the AA program, all spent in going to lots of meetings in addition to working full-time, I suddenly found myself in an almost overwhelming state of depression. It came upon me during a weekend, and I was really in a bad mental state on Monday. (Aren't Mondays always bad days anyhow?) After work, I went to a meeting that I had been regularly attending, in the same club, in the same room, and with the very same people.
