Sense and nonsense on the road to recovery
BUT THE TWO CHAPS in this tale were, according to H. L. of South Carolina. They began as strangers on adjoining barstools, but became friendlier and more plastered as drink followed drink. Finally, one bragged that he could go up to the roof and fly a circle around it. Unbelievably, he did so. Not to be outdone, his bar buddy leaped off the roof, flapped his arms wildly, but ended up on the sidewalk below, with assorted fractures.
