HANGOVERS ARE depressing, and D. B. of Florida tells about a fellow who was trying to work off a nasty one on a golf course. It happened that the fairway of the sixth hole lay not far from the city garbage dump, and as the sick chap and his partner passed by it, a flock of buzzards was circling over it.
