Keep them coming back!
"Sponsors Pro Tem" in the September Grapevine assured me that others are concerned with the fifty percent three-month dropout rate in AA. I made a resolution to do what I could to improve the average. I stumped a goodly portion of the state armed with Xeroxed flyers, a bundle of the pamphlet "Questions and Answers on Sponsorship," and assorted gimmicks. Here are some resulting thoughts and recommendations.
