Two strikes and you're out!
The article "The Two-by-Four Principle" (May Grapevine) reminds me of another mule joke. Seems this newlywed couple was returning from the nuptials in a wagon pulled by two mules. One of the mules stumbled, and the groom said, "That's once." It stumbled again, and the groom got out of the wagon and shot it.
