REGARDING LAZINESS, M. M. of Illinois states that someone called for an ambulance upon seeing a man lying motionless on the sidewalk. When it arrived, the attendants found only a passed-out drunk. Shaking him awake, they asked, "Why are you sleeping on the sidewalk?"
