Once Over Lightly

ON THAT same topic of DWI, P. M. of Maryland tells about two highway patrolmen who hadn't an arrest for the night. Around 3:00 AM, they decided to follow a car for a while to see if they could detect any driving defect. But the driver didn't speed, drove arrow-straight, and obeyed all traffic signs. Finally, one of the troopers said, "Just for a change, let's pull this fellow over and compliment him."
