Into action against anger

My experience with anger has been quite different from what is stated in "Resentments: Forgive and Forget" (March Grapevine). For me, if anger is not dealt with in an appropriate manner, prayed about, and verbally shared with my sponsor or some other AA, it will turn into a resentment. When I express my anger in a calm, reasonable manner, it dissipates. Pretending I am not angry when I am is not honest.
