REGARDING DECISIONS: An anecdote from S. J. of Pennsylvania involves a lush who had spent the afternoon at the racetrack. He had chosen the wrong horses and lost every bet and was flat broke at the time of the last race of the day. So he made a mental bet on that one and lost his mind.
