AS soon as I heard my sister's voice on the telephone, I wanted to hang up. I knew she would say things like "easy does it," "first things first," or "turn it over." She had been saying such phrases ever since she started going to those meetings. I didn't want to hear that kind of talk. What had come over her? She used to say, "Come up for a sister's weekend, we will have a party!" Our "sisters' weekends" were usually one long party. We always had a good time. Now she was changing all that.
