AT A RECENT MEETING, S. G. of Manhattan, N.Y. overheard the following: Two goldfish in a bowl were engaged in a deep philosophical discussion about the existence of God. One was a determined doubting Thomas, but the other argued, "Of course there's a God. Who do you think changes the water?"
