On the Edge

I was what some folks call a "closet drinker." Though most of my drinking actually took place in my private office at work and in my car, when I had no excuse to get out of the house I did sneak drinks in the bathroom or kitchen. And a bottle was always handy behind my clothes in the closet for smuggling to a private place. Only once do I recall taking a pull on the bottle leaning into the closet itself. That one worried me a little bit, so I took another in the kitchen to make me feel better.
