THE REPORTER ASKED THE 100-YEAR-OLD WOMAN to what she attributed her longevity. "Simple," replied the woman, "I never drank whiskey or smoked tobacco." The interview was interrupted by a terrible clatter in the back room. "Never mind the noise," said the woman, "that's my mother doing her Jane Fonda exercises."
