Meditation

I spent forty-seven years talking to myself, trusting myself, relying on my own best judgment. My best judgment finally brought me to my knees. I was defeated, miserable, and hopelessly addicted. For me, there were three painkillers in life--alcohol, drugs, and sex. I liked all three, I'd take two, but I had to have one! My daily fix.
