DID I REALLY HEAR THAT? A true story from B. C. of St. Petersburg, Fla.: A rather talkative and intoxicated gentleman wandered into a closed discussion meeting and wanted to give a speech. Since he wasn't a particularly pugnacious drunk, one of the group members suggested that perhaps he and the fellow could have a talk outside so as not to disturb the rest of the meeting. The man readily agreed.
