The 'Family Allergy'

My surrender to sobriety, as a proverbial high-bottom, young alcoholic, reminds me of the movie "Back to the Future." In this movie, the hero travels back in time to his own parents' childhood, encountering some painful realizations and learning some tough lessons. This journey, however, gives him insight on how to change his own future.
