I have been a Grapevine subscriber for some years. I thoroughly enjoy it and will give subscriptions to others because the material is invaluable to ongoing sobriety. In fact, my first experience with the magazine was in a rehab in 1974. Four of us shared the same bathroom. One day there on the floor was this small magazine named "Grapevine." I thought it was a religious tract at first. One small article hit me between the eyes. I couldn't believe others had the same feelings I did. It was the beginning of an understanding that all of us were affected in similar ways by alcohol.
