Another Day, Another Call

Eighteen months ago our district opened its first intergroup office. There were two telephones, a folding table, two beat-up folding chairs, and the generous offer of an easy chair. Oh yes, someone had given us a copy machine. Only one problem--it didn't work. The enthusiasm and the devotion of the recovering alcoholics in our area was a joy to behold.
