AA Among the Pyramids
According to the medical director of a privately operated psychiatric hospital in Cairo, "two foreign gentlemen" began to hold AA meetings in 1972 for alcoholic in-patients at this hospital. How long this continued is not known, although members of the present Cairo Home Group still call on patients at this hospital when requested to do so.
