In the building where I go for another fellowship, there is a drinking fountain. Each time I am in this building, I make an attempt at getting a drink from this fountain. I push down on the button on the top of the machine, but nothing happens. I see the foot lever at the bottom of the machine, but I don't even try it. I have to do it my way. Even though my way doesn't work. You see, I am a perfectionist. If there is a button on the top of the machine, it should work. Besides, there are two ways of doing things, the wrong way and my way. If I decide to use the button, then that's the way it has to be--even though I walk away thirsty every time.
