Graduating Into Sobriety

So, I'm sitting on the best beach on Cape Cod (in my estimation) on the last day of August and thought I would write down some of my story of recovery and maybe send it to the Grapevine (I just read the latest issue last night and it inspired me). I don't have a theme, an AA controversy to debate, or some extraordinary recent event to relate, just today's version of my story--helpful for me to write and maybe for another to read.
