I am writing in response to M. M.'s feelings about inactive newcomers. I have been sober for fourteen months. When I came to AA, I was a whipped frightened human being. I did not know what else to do. But God was looking out for me. On my second week of meetings, I happened to go to a Tuesday night meeting early.
