We in Sacramento are having some real problems with unity of our meetings and members--old thought and new thought--concerning drug and alcohol issues. This has created tremendous resentments and damage on both sides. I am an AA member, an NA member, an Al-Anon member. I am the chairman of the Monday night Young People's Group. I am also the chairman of the All California Young People's AA Conference here in Sacramento. I have been sober for eleven years and have been a sponsor to several members.
