Guess Who's Coming to Dinner?

Some folks would describe my experience as an extended slip. After about ten years in the program, I made a conscious choice to dabble in a little wine on several high stress business occasions. Because I didn't finish the whole glass the first time, I told myself it wasn't really a slip and need not be discussed. It happened when I was a dinner guest in a private home. I didn't want to make a scene about not drinking. That's when "cunning, baffling, and powerful" kicked in.
