The Bay Area Quake

What would it take to get me to drink again? I've wondered that many times. Would it be some major calamity in my life, or something trivial? Several weeks ago God decided to put me to the test. Indeed, he decided to test the defenses of a lot of us California alcoholics. On October 17, at 5:04 PM, an earthquake measuring 7.1 on the Richter scale struck the San Francisco Bay area. The whole world knows about the destruction that followed. Perhaps what most people don't know about are the emotional aftershocks of such an event. Believe me, it shook us up pretty good!
