LASTLY, THIS TIME, we have a clipping from the Providence (Rhode Island) Bulletin sent in by E. B. of that city concerning a New England bartender who pulls teeth on the side. All he uses is $5 worth of whiskey and pliers but his patients feel no pain. Anybody here who still doesn't think alcohol is an anesthetic?
