Our Meeting Is a Melting Pot

I am twenty-three years old and I have had twenty months sober. Fourteen of these months were spent on the street, the last six in the federal penitentiary. When I self-surrendered six months ago for crimes committed during my drinking, I couldn't have held on any tighter to the principles I was taught in this program, not to mention my Higher Power.
