The Three R's: Readin', Writin', and Rejection

After a slip which luckily lasted only a month, I went back into treatment. On the day treatment ended, a friend took me to a Grapevine meeting. The format is we take turns reading a story, then discuss it. That was over three years ago, and I haven't missed that meeting a half dozen times. I really consider it to be my home group. I don't know the exact mixture of the ingredients which have made it my favorite meeting, but the size (seldom over twenty-five people) and the level of comfort (pretty consistent attendees) are ideal for me.
