Getting Out of the Dumps

I need help with a resentment I have. It concerns a word, an action, I've been hearing used at a lot of meetings lately. It's the term "dumping." I have decided that it's the complete opposite of sharing. I wonder why I'm hearing if so much. I'm scared that I'm going to hear it more and more, and that it will negatively affect the meetings I attend.
