GSR=General Service Rainbow

Where I live, meetings often have the personalities of their neighborhoods--probably where some of you live, too. I got sober in "downtown" meetings where people often belonged to at least one other Twelfth Step program, talked a lot about how they got to be alcoholics, and expected (and often got) jobs and even dates from the meetings. And--significantly for this story--we pretty much ignored the reports made by my predecessor in the job of general service representative.
