I Already Heard Him Once

Lest I be thought suffering from OTD (Old-Timers' Delusions), let me assure you I am not convinced that there ever was any such thing as the "good old days" in any category of people, places, or things. I am setting this down out of an historical interest in Alcoholics Anonymous groups and their meetings in my area, southeastern New York.
