No substitutes

I am writing in reference to the letter entitled, "Not so clear about clubs," in October's issue. I think it is important for this person and others to realize that Alano clubs are just that--they are clubs that people join, and they have certain rules and charges because they are a business of sorts. They are not AA meetings where we share experience, strength, and hope. There really is a difference, and I think it's important that AAs realize this.
