Follow your feet

I'd been coming to Alcoholics Anonymous for a couple of months, mostly to get my paper signed, as I'd got a DWI. I was more "around" AA than "in" it. I'd been instructed to get the pre-trial release signed twice a week, and that is what I did. I liked what I heard and enjoyed the meetings, but felt as if AA was a temporary thing. It would end once I straightened my life out.
