Getting the Message in Ghana

My name is Lynn and I live in the San Francisco, California area. I have just returned from Kpando, in Ghana, West Africa, where I've been working in the hospital of a Catholic mission. When, after two years' sobriety, I lost my good job selling surgical equipment, I decided to pursue a lifelong dream--becoming a medical missionary in Africa. I spent eighteen months writing applications and finally landed an appointment in Ghana.
