Thank you for the article, "No Matter How Far Down the Scale," in the May issue of the Grapevine. I had what many people would consider a high bottom. I heard some harrowing leads when I first came around, and I rationalized that I didn't belong because I hadn't had such "adventures." I went back out there to do more research, and my findings were that I am an alcoholic and I do belong in AA and I am so very grateful I was given the opportunity to begin recovering in this program!
