Getting Back on Track

I was told recently about a speaker meeting in our area that was having a hard time making a go of it. The norm in our area has been for struggling groups to go to the district business meeting and ask for support from other groups, without really sitting down and assessing what the problem is. This is similar to what I did when I came into AA: "Here I am, fix me!"
