The Damage a Drink Can Do

My first home group in AA offered a tremendous diversity of drunks: men and women of many races, religions, classes, and creeds. Some had problems other than alcohol, but via the Third Tradition, they were welcome at our open meetings in case they also had a drinking problem. They lived on the street and weren't very conscientious about personal hygiene.
