Can You Tell a Magazine By Its Cover?

Most readers say it's Grapevine articles, not what's on the cover, that are the real heart of the matter, and since each issue is full of shared AA experience, that's clearly true. Nonetheless, it's also a reality that new readers are often attracted by appearance, and the Grapevine's unique way of carrying the AA message is available only to alcoholics who pick it up and read it. Therefore, at several recent meetings, the Grapevine Editorial Advisory Board has been looking at ways to enhance the content with a more inviting design.
