A THIRSTY WEST VIRGINIA FARMER enters a New York cocktail lounge and is shocked when the bartender tells him, "Sorry, we don't serve men without neckties." Desperate, the farmer returns to his truck, grabs his jumper cables, wraps them around his neck, and goes back into the bar.
