A Special Gift
Recently my father passed away after a short stay in the hospital. Naturally I felt saddened by his passing but at the same time I have an inner peace and gratitude regarding our relationship. Believe me this was not always the case. When father died he had been sober twelve years and four months and I had just recently celebrated my fifteenth birthday in Alcoholics Anonymous.
