Getting Started

When my husband and I moved from a city of 50,000 with over fifty meetings a week, where we had both gotten sober and knew people, to a historic village of 2,000 in suburban San Francisco, we discovered that the one meeting there, which had lasted almost forty years, had recently closed its doors for lack of participation.
