Recovery: Plan A

I tried to quit drinking as an out-patient in the hospital, though my doctor told me he didn't think it would work. I stayed sober for a week by staying at a friend's house. On Saturday morning I had a miniature bottle of Jose Cuervo. That afternoon there was to be a small party at my house. I don't remember much until the following Thursday. The last thing I remember was having to walk to the liquor store (I couldn't drive) three times in order to get one bottle of tequila because I kept dropping the bottles. I finally had to pay someone to drive me home since it was all of a quarter of a mile.
