The Hand and the Heart

Thank God, I remember being new in Alcoholics Anonymous. I won't say I remember exactly what it was like; I wasn't known as the steel trap of long- or short-term memory back then. However, I feel something inside when I see a newcomer and that reassures me I do remember.
