Ham on Wry

IN A DUBLIN PUB ONE EVENING Rosie and Maggie were drinking, and after a while they started talking about an old friend of theirs named Paddy who'd died. They had missed his funeral but had heard that a beautiful statue had been put up at the gravesite. They decided to visit the cemetery where he was buried, pay their respects, and see the statue. They bought a bottle of whiskey from the bartender and began walking to the cemetery which was a mile away. It was a balmy night with a full moon, and after much stopping to drink, they finally reached the place.
