The One That Almost Got Ed

I was taken to my first AA meeting on October 6, 1966. I went with blind faith. This was the first time I'd felt hope and faith in many years. The men and women in that room reached out to me. I had found a Fellowship of men and women, who shared their experience, their strength, and their hope with me openly. I felt something that night that I had never felt before. Today I know it was love.
